AD Ports AI Catalog

Overview

AD Ports AI Catalog is the internal AD Ports developer companion for web-based AI assistants. The extension has one purpose: bring the AD Ports AI catalog into your web AI chat workflow with safe-by-default prompting. That purpose is delivered as a single insert-guard-capture loop around the prompt you send to the AI: Insert. Type a slash trigger such as //brd, //prd, or //bug-report, or a mention trigger such as @@ai-business-analyst, in your AI assistant's chat box. The extension expands the trigger to the matching AD Ports skill or role preamble. A pinned side panel lets you browse and search the full catalog (196 skills and 28 role agents) and pin favorites to hotkey slots (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+1 to 0). The catalog quick-search opens with Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+K. Guard. Before the prompt is sent, a client-side data-classification check scans the prompt text for AD Ports confidential markers, Emirates ID numbers, IBANs, and salary figures. Block-severity matches stop the prompt entirely. Warn-severity matches require a logged override that records only the rule ID and a hashed prefix of the prompt. Capture. When the assistant replies, a save bar exports the reply to a Markdown file in your downloads, or opens a GitHub pull-request compose URL with the AD Ports repository path pre-filled, so the conversation result lands back in the AD Ports SDLC workflow it came from. The extension activates on the chat surfaces of Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and GitHub Copilot Chat. Microsoft 365 Copilot is planned for a follow-up release. Privacy: the extension runs entirely client-side. Prompt content, reply content, and chat URLs never leave the browser under any code path. The extension is anonymous — it contains no analytics SDK and no telemetry endpoint. This extension is published unlisted for AD Ports Group internal use. External users will not have access to the AD Ports catalog content and will see an empty side panel.
