miniCycle: Routine Checklist Manager

Overview

miniCycle is a routine manager — not another to-do list. Most task apps treat your tasks as one-and-done. miniCycle is built for the things you do over and over: morning routines, opening and closing procedures, workout circuits, study sessions, cleaning rounds. You build a routine once, and when you complete every task in it, the routine "cycles" — your tasks reset, your cycle count ticks up, and you're ready to run it again. That simple loop turns repetition into momentum. HOW IT WORKS • Create a routine and add its tasks. • Check tasks off as you go. • Complete them all and the cycle resets automatically, tracking how many times you've run it. • Stay consistent to hit milestones, earn achievements, and unlock new themes. FEATURES • Multiple routines — switch between as many as you like. • Recurring tasks — schedule tasks to reappear daily, weekly, or on your own pattern. • Reminders and due dates — gentle nudges, fully optional. • Priorities and per-task options you can show or hide. • Modes — Auto-Cycle, Manual, or a plain To-Do mode when you just need a list. • Focus mode — strip away everything but the task in front of you. • Stats, history, and achievements to see your consistency over time. • Vocabulary themes — reframe the app as a Habit Tracker, Fitness log, Study planner, or Cleaning checklist, unlocked as you go. • Dark mode, high-contrast, reduced-motion, and adjustable font size. • Undo and redo for everything. • Share routines as .mcyc files — export yours or import one from a friend. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No accounts. No sign-up. • No tracking, no analytics inside the app, no ads. • No cloud — everything stays in your browser, on your device. • Works offline. The only time any data leaves your device is if you choose to send feedback through the in-app form.
