Check where a business appears from multiple nearby search locations, then review the results as heatmaps, trends, and shareable reports in your Local Rank Guru dashboard. The extension also adds optional research tools to regular Google Maps tabs. You can inspect business details, compare competitor categories, and move from Maps research to adding a business or starting a scan without switching between multiple tools. Manual extension scans are available with a free Local Rank Guru account and do not use scan credits. What You Can Do - Run manual, location-based GeoGrid scans in Chrome. - Check rankings for the keywords connected to each business. - Create a Quick Scan from the extension or use businesses and scans already saved in your account. - Follow scan progress and pause, resume, stop, or remove scans when needed. - Review completed results, heatmaps, trends, and reports in the Local Rank Guru dashboard. - Use the optional Google Maps overlay for competitor and business research.
